Updating CineMaster Hardware Drivers for Windows 2000
This section covers general steps for updating you Hardware CineMaster drivers
on a Windows 2000 operating system. The following steps are provided as a guide for informational
purposes only.
Procedures for Updating HW CineMaster C 3.0 Main Driver

Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu
that appears.

This opens the System Properties applet. Select the "Hardware"
tab and then click the "Device Manager..." button.

Open the "+" next to "Sound, video and game
controllers. Right-click CineMaster C 3.0 WDM Main Driver and select
"Properties" from the pop-up menu that appears.

Select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update
Driver..." button.

This starts the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard. Click the "Next >" button.

Make sure the "Search for a suitable driver..." option is selected
and then click the "Next >" button.

Select the "Specify a location" check box and then click the
"Next >" button.

Click the "Browse" button.

Browse to the folder that contains the drivers you downloaded. The folder
name should match your operating system. Select the file named
"HWCM3DVD.INF" and click the "Open" button. You will
then return to the previous screen. Click the "OK" button.

Select the "Install one of the other drivers" check box and click the "Next >" button.

Select the appropriate driver that you are updating to and then click the
"Next >" button.

Once the driver upgrade is complete, click the "Finish" button.
Procedures for Updating HW CineMaster DVD Decoder

Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu
that appears.

This opens the System Properties applet. Select the "Hardware"
tab and then click the "Device Manager..." button.

Open the "+" next to "Sound, video and game
controllers." Right-click CineMaster C WDM DVD Driver and select
"Properties" from the pop-up menu that appears.

Select the "Driver" tab and then click the "Update
Driver..." button.

This starts the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard. Click the "Next >" button.

Make sure the "Search for a suitable driver...." option is selected
and then click "Next >".
