Note: Refer to Faxback Doc. # 2001 for Board Layout.

The 1000HD computer comes with 16 64k X 1 ram chips (128K). The jumper is set 
on E3-E4 only.
Note: You will need to remove all sixteen 64K ram chips to continue with 
the memory upgrade.

Normal configuration: (not in Tandy 1000HD). Inside row with 8 256k X 1 
ram chips (256K)  Jumper set on E1-E2 only.

Fully populated: Both rows with 16 256k X 1 ram chips (512K)  Both jumpers 
removed.

Use memory kit 250-1079, this kit includes eight 256K X 1 DRAMS at 150 
nanoseconds.

Jumper Configuration:

If you plan to install this board as shipped, do not remove the jumper block
which comes installed on pins labeled E1 and E2.

To install another 256K (AXX-7142): The jumper block will need to be removed
from pins E1 and E2.

1000 HD Installation:

If you own a Tandy 1000 HD, the Memory PLUS Expansion Board, already inside 
the computer has two rows of 64K each for a total of 128K. The jumper block 
is over pins labeled E3 and E4.
