The memory dialer stores 10 different phone numbers of up to 16 digits
each for automatic dialing.  The handset's 0 through 9 buttons recall
and dial the numbers.

Storing a Number in Memory

1.  Pick up the handset or press TALK.

2.  Press STORE.

3.  Enter the number to be stored, then press STORE again.

4.  Press a number key (0-9) for the memory location where you want the 
    number to be stored.

5.  Press TALK or hang up the phone.

NOTES:  To Change a number, simply store a new one in place of
        the old.

        Peel back the plastic covering on top of the handset and record
        the name of the person whose number you entered in each memory
        location.

Storing a Pause

You can store a three-second pause in a number you are storing into
memory location.

While storing the number, simply press MEMORY where a pause is needed.
When you dial the stored number, a three-second pause occurs
automatically at that point.

NOTE:  You can add more than one pause if necessary.

Dialing a Stored Number

1.  Pick up the handset or press TALK.

2.  Press MEMORY.

3.  Press the number key (0-9) for the memory location which contains
    the number you want to call.

Testing Stored Emergency Numbers

If you choose to place test calls for stored emergency numbers, follow
these guidelines:

Perform such activities in the off-peak hours, such as early in the
morning or late in the evening.

Remain on the line and briefly explain to the dispatcher the reason for
the call before you hang up.

Chain Dialing from Memory

This feature allows you to dial a chain of numbers in different memory
locations in succession.  This is useful when you must dial more than one
number in memory to complete a call, such as frequent calls using an
independent long distance service.  For example, if you store number like
this:

1.  Pick up the handset or press TALK.

2.  When you hear the dial tone, press MEMORY.

3.  Press 7.

4.  After these numbers finish dialing, press MEMORY.

5.  Press 8.

6.  After these numbers finish dialing, press MEMORY.

7.  Press 9.
