STEP 1. To Enter Progam Mode:

        Type:   *3001#12345<STO>00    Phone Responds:  STORE NOT DONE

STEP 2. To Program the User's Phone Number:

        Press: <RCL> 0 2  (for the primary NAM)
        or
        Press: <RCL> 0 4  (for the secoundary NAM)

        Phone Responds:  11111111111

        or previously programmed phone number.

STEP 3. Press and HOLD:  <CLR> until display is empty

STEP 4. Type in the customer's cellular phone number and <STO> 0 2 (for the
        primary NAM) or STO 0 4 (for the secoundary NAM).  For example, if
        you wanted to program (817) 390-3875 for the primary NAM:

                              8173905555 <STO> 02

        Phone Responds:  REPLACE CONTENTS?

STEP 5. Press:  <STO>

        Phone Responds:   STORED

STEP 6. Now enter the carrier parameters:

        Type: <RCL> 0 3 (for the primary NAM)
              or
              <RCL> 0 5 (for the secoundary NAM).

        Phone Responds:  334*05*10#0111*1

        or previously programmed parameters.

STEP 7. Press and HOLD:  <CLR> until display is empty

        Type in the cellular carrier's parameters, followed by <STO> 0 3
        (for the primary NAM) or <STO> 0 5 (for the secoundary NAM).

        For example:  00038*1*1*334*05*10#0111*1 <STO> 03

        Where:
              00038 = Home ID or system ID
              1     = Access method
              1     = Local control option
              (333  = ``A'' carrier)
              334   = ``B'' carrier
              05    = Overload class (0 and last digit of phone number,
                      unless carrier specifies otherwise)
              10    = Group ID
              0111  = Country code
              1     = National dial prefix

For STEP7, fill in the parameters (blanks) as you will use them in your
store:

NOTE:  Be sure to fill in all blanks, inserting leading zeros if necessary.
       Very these parameters as provided by your carrier.

        Phone Responds:   REPLACE CONTENTS?

STEP 8. Press:  <STO>

        The phone responds with :  STORED

STEP 9. To check the Security Code,

        Type: <RCL>01

        Phone Responds with:  911#*911#0*12345

STEP 10. To change the Lock Code.

         Type: <CL> <CL> <CL> <CL> <CL>

         After you clear the factory-installed Security Code (12345), the 
         display shows:

                   911#*911#0*

         Press <CL> <CL> to clear the preset language (the 0 before the 
         asterisk indicates that English is selected).

         Enter 1 for French or 2 for Spanish, then press <*>.

         Type the new five digit lock code, then press <STO> 0 1

         Phone Responds:  REPLACE CONTENTS?

         Press:  <STO>  again to store the new language.

         Phone Responds:  STORED

You are DONE.  The phone must be turned off and then on again before
it will recognize the new parameters.  Always wait at least two hours
after receiving the cellular phone number from the carrier before testing
the phone.  After powering on the phone, you will receive NAM ERROR if 
errors were made while programming.
